Pesto bites

Ingredients

• Cherry / small plum tomatoes
• Pesto sause
• Pine nuts
• Balsamic cream

Preparation

1. Cut off the bottom end so that the tomatoes can stand upright.
2. Cut off the top end and empty out the inside of the tomato.
3. Place them on a paper towel and let them dry for a few minutes.
4. Carefully fill them with pesto.
5. Garnish with balsamic cream.
